Expression of interest in joining our panel

You should have a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing leadership at a senior level.  Recognised industry qualifications such as appointment to the Chartered Institute of Marketing, or academic marketing qualifications are also required. 

Experience in a leadership team (C-suite) and/or with boards is desirable.

You will need to provide both a copy of your CV and an endorsement from a business leader for your suitability, and be able to demonstrate proven experience in leadership of a business or marketing team that achieved results directly from your guidance or advice.  

Once vetted, all applicants will then need to take our marketing assessment for grading, and a leadership style assessment to identify the best client fit. 

When a client completes our audit, we will initially do a matching to identify the best skilled and cultural fit for the business.  You will then have a 30min FREE meeting with the client over video where they will choose the best fcmo for their needs from 2-3 of our leaders.   If you are chosen to be the successful appointee, we will negotiate the terms of your appointment on your behalf. 

All leaders on our panel are independent and are not directly employed by fcmo.  The nature of each appointment is different and will vary in length and term.  Most appointments will be on a fixed term, with a set number of hours over a few weeks or months.  In some cases you will be brought in to fix one specific issue or lead a project or a set a new direction for the business.
